Under the direction of the Head of Regional Digital Strategy & Planning, manage the regional Program Management Office. Oversees business and technical projects, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensures resource availability and accountability for project outcomes, and provides necessary reports, and support for projects and teams.
- Work within the parameters of acceptable Project Management Standards ensuring project processes of followed to include, but not limited to, change management, resource tracking and management, budget tracking and management, and risk tracking and management.
- Develop the skill sets of direct reports to be able to function effectively within, and beyond, the scope of their individual job descriptions.
- Train others on the appropriate use and function of MCG tools for project progress communications, management, visualization, and project progress reporting.
- Manage Regional Digital projects to ensure that resources, costs, deliverables, and deadlines are met according to the objectives.
- Ensure communications are maintained and expectations for all stakeholders are set appropriately.
- Responsible for all Program Management issues related to Digital projects in the region.
- Implement appropriate tools for project risk management, and take appropriate actions related to Risk mitigation and/or avoidance.
- Using MCG tools and processes, establish and operate project management communication channels within the regional digital functional group.

Education and Experience
- Program Management experience in large-scale projects.
- Organizational management experience.
- 10+ years of working experience in IT department (any field such as application development, infrastructure, security, etc.)
- Leadership experience with applicable negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a MCG business unit/office is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in business alliance IT support is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Broad base of IT knowledge.
- Ability to respond flexibly to change and keep motivation high.
- (Global) Program Management Experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the Project Management standards set by the Project Management Institute as referenced in the most recent PMBOK.
- General knowledge of budget, M&A, and other resource handling.
- English communication is necessary, Japanese and/or multiple languages are preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a global, complex business environment including multiple time zone and diverse geographic locations.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $101,000- $138,800. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
