Job Summary:

· My client is seeking an experienced Program Manager who has the expertise to organize and coordinate programs by offering strategic guidance to project managers and teams, in a manner that supports the company's culture.

· The chosen candidate will also be responsible for supervising the advancement of

solution development and overseeing its implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure organizational safety standards are maintained based on our commitment that Safety is our Overriding priority.

· Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.

· Develop and execute suitable strategies and objectives.

· Coordinate cross-functional activities.

·  Lead and evaluate project team members and other staff.

· Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.

· Apply change, risk, and resource management.

· Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.

· Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.

· Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.

· Prepare reports for leadership.

Education/Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

· BSc/BA degree in Management or relevant field.

· MSc/MA is a plus.

· Five years of relevant experience is desired.

·  Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position.

·  OEM/Tier Automotive Industry experience is required.

· Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.

· Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Visio, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage.

·  Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills.
