Program Management experience in large-scale projects.

Advanced knowledge of the Project Management standards set by the Project Management Institute as referenced in the most recent PMBOK.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Responsible for all Program Management issues related to Digital projects in the region.

Using MCG tools and processes, establish and operate project management communication channels within the regional digital functional group.

Train others on the appropriate use and function of MCG tools for project progress communications, management, visualization, and project progress reporting.

Strong knowledge of SCRUM / Agile project management techniques and procedures

Experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio and other Project Management related software tools.

Excellent customer and team management skills

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Provides metrics and status to senior management

Manage and effectively deliver features committed to for the Release

Coordinates management of projects to ensure all applicable contracts, agreements, and form documents align with City and department standards.

Provide advocacy and manage intergovernmental affairs for identified communities in the City of Burlington.

Manage limited services, seasonal and intern staff as required..

Directs the evaluation of policies and practices within the municipality utilizing REIB best practice framework to assess compliance, functionality, and effectiveness.

Assist in developing annual and multi-year program plans to help meet equity goals and continuous improvement efforts for assigned city departments.

Collaborate with REIB team members to plan strategic development and implementation of the Equity Index dashboard.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in the realm of digital marketing, prior agency experience is required.

Quantify and present the performance metrics of all digital marketing initiatives, evaluating them against predetermined goals encompassing ROI and KPIs.

Identify, dissect, and capitalize on digital trends and insights, strategically optimizing expenditures and performance based on your astute analysis.

Develop, implement, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests to refine strategies continually.

An understanding of contemporary marketing tools, trends, and best practices, coupled with the capability to spearhead end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Remarkable creativity, enabling you to identify and engage target audiences via digital campaigns.

Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and customer service skills.

Experience with process engineering and project management methodologies.

Experience across the digital health solution lifecycle, including product management, technology development, change management or adoption of digital health solutions.

Experience in stakeholder management and building productive relationships with team members from various departments, companies, or disciplines.

Experience working with government healthcare agencies is a plus, specifically direct experience with program, project management, or digital development.

Lead adoption and change management efforts to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital health solutions.
