The Opportunity:
Program Manager, Ops Transformation
As our Program Manager, Ops Transformation you are responsible for supporting the marketing technology transformation at Sephora that will lay the foundation for scalability and personalization. You will help define and implement net-new process, workflow, and end-to-end execution of automated marketing programs in partnership with our consultants and agencies. Programs may include deliverables across all marketing channels (site, email, social, paid etc.). You will report to the Senior Program Manager, Ops Transformation.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the process development for content automation in partnership with consultants, agencies and key internal marketing, creative and technical partners.
- Track content automation programs holistically, monitoring progress to achieve deadlines and results.
- Develop relationships with agency, facilitating external and internal intersections and communication.
- Support change management and process adoption across the organization, making recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Work closely with the tools team on solution requirements, roll-out and adoption of new PM software.
- Help document new workflow and processes to support content automation for scalability and personalization.
- Work closely with campaign Program Managers to support their needs as the process evolves.

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:
- Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Smartsheets, Box, Workfront, ProofHQ preferred.
- Creative project management experience and product management experience preferred.
- 3+ years experience in program, product or account management in marketing required.
- High energy and flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
- Passion for Sephora, our programs, clients, cast, and marketing.
- Experience in supporting workflow development & change management.
- Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus.
- A passion for program management software and tools and how to best leverage for efficient operations.
- An understanding of CRM, personalization and client targeting practices.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results.
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $132,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
