Digital Product Owner
The Digital Product Owner - Ecom will oversee all aspects of the technology product lifecycle for Dave & Buster’s Digital Innovation ecommerce solutions. Responsibilities include product planning and roadmaps, feature prioritization, feature elaboration, user experience flows, user story definition and delivery coordination. The role ensures product alignment with overall strategic priorities and that products meet KPIs and expected business outcomes.

- Define and plan features using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Enjoy working with cross-functional teams to identify, define and prioritize initiatives.
- Assist in developing the product positioning and go to market strategies.

Day in the life…
- Plan the product roadmap for the delivery of features and initiatives based on business value.
- Work with support teams to proactively identify and prioritize problems for engineering team to investigate and resolve.
- Facilitate design and user experience reviews.
- Perform or facilitate product demos to internal stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external teams to shape features and solutions.
- Has discretion to make independent decisions in matters that impact product features
- Attend scrum rituals
- Work with delivery partners to plan releases and provide feature prioritization.
- Own the continuous improvement of product management processes and practices.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, and user stories
- Show a desire to learn and dedicated to professional development
- 10+ years working within Digital / Creative Technology
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Must be detailed oriented, resourceful, and work well under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA) preferred
- Experience developing and managing product roadmaps
- Proven analytical capability with experience using data to drive product vision and strategy
- Ability to manage initiatives across multiple stakeholders, external partners and engineering teams
- Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe
- Demonstrate accountability, prioritize tasks, and consistency in high-quality delivery
