Product Manager, Digital Restaurant Experience

Previous experience with location-based technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) powered products is a plus.

Product Performance and Continuous Improvement

Experience with human capital management systems or platforms supporting skill identification, ontology, and related lifecycle to enable an agile workforce

2 or more years of product management experience OR experience working with engineers, user experience, strategy, etc.

5 Years of experience with and understanding of Electric Utility Industry.

5 Years of solid experience in Customer Service Configurations integration with other modules of IS-U.

Experience managing integrations between Customer Service and other Customer Engagement environments like Call Center and Self-Service applications.

Experience of analysing and breaking down problems and information using SAP structured frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with an enterprise content management system (CMS)

Manage the cross-functional strategic planning process, lead conversations with key global stakeholders, and develop a detailed product roadmap.

Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or univeristy - computer science, information systems, finance, accounting

5+ years of experience in performing business and data analysis in implementing large scale data platform and system integration

Experience gathering / analyzing business requirements and creating / maintaining feature backlogs a must

Analyze and synthesize documentation, data, market best practices, stakeholder interviews to generate business requirements

Strong applied knowledge of software development technologies, primarily with Agile and SAFe principles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education is strongly preferred
