Practical experience in digital engagement e.g. Website management, Social Media management, Messaging/Chat, and/or Voice/ Virtual Assistants

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Manages the feature catalogue / backlog for the chatbot, voice assistant and AI-based agent assist programs

Tracks implementation of business and measurement requirements

Project Management Certification (PMP) (All levels)

Assure that proper change management protocols are followed to maximize benefit and alleviate unnecessary disruption in the organization and our customers

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience in digital product ownership, website management, digital marketing, or technology.

Assist management in project support and project resource planning

Facilitate and resolve customer requests and inquiries for all levels of management within the Corporation.

• Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Ensure digital customer experience aligns with digital, business, technical, and financial objectives.

• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and education to ensure team alignment and project progression.

• Leverage data insights to evolve products and digital experiences to align with best practices.

• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

Full Salary Range For Position

At least 1 year of experience working on a digital product management team or other related software development experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience.

Experience communicating with technical and business stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Experience working in Adobe or Google Analytics.

Knowledge of Agile software development methodology.

Experience in Ecommerce or Digital Products.

Solid experience with Customer Relationship Management CRM. Master Data, Profiles and formulae creation and configurations for Customer Service business processes.

Ensure business requirements or business improvements are implemented though standard configurations instead of custom developments.

5 Years of experience with and understanding of Electric Utility Industry.

5 Years of solid experience in Customer Service Configurations integration with other modules of IS-U.

Experience managing integrations between Customer Service and other Customer Engagement environments like Call Center and Self-Service applications.

Experience of analysing and breaking down problems and information using SAP structured frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with an enterprise content management system (CMS)

5+ years previous experience as a Product Owner, Agile Product Manager or equivalent

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Manage the cross-functional strategic planning process, lead conversations with key global stakeholders, and develop a detailed product roadmap.

Manage multiple projects and work streams, using Agile methodology.

In-depth understanding of and demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and up to date on industry standards and best practices

3+ Experience Enterprise Performance Management tool functionality

Strong understanding of SDLC methodology (Waterfall and Agile) and project management skills

Experience in OneStream Enterprise Performance Management

Knowledge in Finance FP&A and Accounting domain

Position requires a four year degree from an accredited college or univeristy - computer science, information systems, finance, accounting

5+ years of experience in performing business and data analysis in implementing large scale data platform and system integration

Experience gathering / analyzing business requirements and creating / maintaining feature backlogs a must

Analyze and synthesize documentation, data, market best practices, stakeholder interviews to generate business requirements

Strong applied knowledge of software development technologies, primarily with Agile and SAFe principles

Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, facilitation, mediation, negotiation, collaboration, and presentation

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education is strongly preferred

2+ years’ experience in a digital product organization strongly preferred
