Designer, Global Digital Design

Position Summary
The Digital Designer will help support end-to-end creative design and execution for consumer facing digital programs for our Ecommerce site, retailer partners, flagship salons and salon network across multiple platforms to support overall brand strategy and product positioning.
Responsibilities

• Support the conception, creation, development, and design of digital assets (site pages, assets, emails, digital ads/banners, paid/organic social, and animations). Includes file management and asset delivery. Support the 360 Campaigns team in creating conceptual and presentation assets.
• Follow and uphold best practices for brand and email guidelines, ensuring projects adhere to specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Digital Designer to develop photoshoots (inspiration, products, props etc.) for digital programs as needed.
• Participate in Creative briefings and liaise with Ecommerce team, 360 Campaigns team, Creative Ops, and any other cross-functional stakeholders to understand and plan deliverables. Responsible for prioritizing work to meet deadlines and respond to critical business shifts.
• Work closely with Senior Digital Designer, Creative Director, 360 Campaigns team, and Copy team to develop thoughtful, innovative digital experiences for Ecommerce programs, Campaign launches, and salon network that are in line with brand strategy and business needs.
• Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed. This includes collaboration with retouching to ensure consistency and cohesiveness.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by any outsourced partners.
• Present work directly to key partners, taking ownership of work, feedback, and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
• Leverage a digital and mobile-first mindset in design.
• Ensure conceptual and graphical alignment of emails with site assets, ads/banners, interactive components, and social media elements.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to for global and regional specific assets.
• Help evolve and elevate Bumble and bumble’s digital presence by updating designs for all online projects based on changing industry trends and standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce new ideas to evolve our brands digital platforms.
• Ability to be resourceful; create new and exciting content with existing imagery and assets.
• Research/understand cultural differences and consumers to influence thoughtful design concepts for the global consumer.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of related experience with strong design/creative background; experience in creating for

the digital space.

• Familiarity with project management software.
• Proficiency in creating Photoshop frame animations ranging from simple to medium complexity.
• Ability to work calmly, swiftly, thoroughly, and maintain excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to track, manage, prioritize, and anticipate workload and communicate proactively to Senior Digital Designer and Creative Ops (Project Manager).
• Proficiency in AfterEffects a plus.
• Understanding of digital media and a desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technology.
• Strong interest in new technologies, design, fashion, storytelling, and Ecommerce.
• Sharp design intuition, excellent typography skills, and unwavering attention to detail.
• Collaborative, thoughtful, and mature professional presence in all aspects of team relationship building.
• Strong knowledge of digital best practices and channel formats (i.e. Instagram stories vs. display banners)
• General overall desire to learn and grow as a design professional.
• Can-do attitude, friendly, helpful, and creative spirit! Willing to roll up sleeves.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and responsive web design.
• Strong desire to develop engaging online digital content and experiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong sense of ownership of projects.
• Design agency/studio experience is a plus.
• Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing.
• Superior organizational and communications skills.
• Should be equally comfortable doing production work as well as creative work.
• Experience fluidly collaborating with Copywriters.
• UX/UI mindset/experience and focus on mobile design a plus.
• Experience in designing for Beauty, Fashion, Hair, or Luxury products is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,500 to $89,000. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
