Associate Creative Director Jobs

A global beauty brand is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art to join their team!

Associate Creative Director, Art Responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with a group of creatives and makers who partner with brand teams to visually craft our story (both internally and with external advertising agencies).
• Leading creative presentations to influence creative decisions and clearly articulate goals with brand partners
• Consistently advocating for stronger creative, pushing design standards, and ensuring a consistent, on-brand, and cohesive voice for the brand.
• Articulating the “why” behind design choices to the goals in the brief and selling through ideas to brand partners.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance; proofreading and checking creative with support from our team on being meticulous about the regulatory details.
• Partnering with agencies and vendors to help define the creative output per project; bringing a broad knowledge of creative techniques, processes, responses, and styles to each relationship.
• Crafting and implementing stellar creative campaigns that grab the attention of consumers, as well as our practitioner customers.
• Managing Strategy across all channels, staying abreast of cutting edge of trends, especially for social media campaigns/deliverables.

Associate Creative Director, Art Qualifications:

• Experience crafting and executing successful campaigns across multiple media touch-points, especially in social.
• Passionate and experienced in storytelling on short video platforms.
• Experience with omni-channel delivery with an understanding of all paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
• Experience building a brand story with an understanding of the differences across various campaign touch-points.
• 5+ years of experience in Beauty, Luxury, &/or Lifestyle, creatively developing, producing, and delivering creative campaigns as a central role in an advertising agency, or an in-house creative group
• Proven experience leveraging consumer and cultural insights and data to inspire creative.
• Portfolio showcasing guided shoots, guided concepts, innovative work that includes social content, and interactive and video concepts.
• Experience leading creative for beauty, lifestyle, luxury or relevant technology brands.
