Design Research Associate Jobs

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as design, fashion, or textiles.

1-3 years of experience in design, with experience in fashion design preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of fabrics, fabric quality, and construction techniques.

Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

- Manage the company’s marketing strategy and social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.)

-1-3 year full time experience in design industry

- Product merchandising experience preferred

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Must have meticulous attention to detail, strong organization and multitasking skills and have excellent

- Assist lead designer on client projects: Design Graphics, FFE Sourcing, Client Presentations, Interior

This position is open to the following personas:

Design management or Architectural firm experience preferred.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Architecture or equivalent experience plus evidence of exceptional ability.

2+ years of experience in the Architectural field required.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge to coordinate utilities with outside consultants.

Support production of design concept documents, presentations drawings and design details.

Clearly and effectively present ideas, research plans, findings, and other deliverables to clients, team members and senior management

Leverage data analytics and/or partner with data analytics teams in understanding and measuring user experiences

Stay up-to-date on current best practices, trends, and technologies in user experience and design research

Mentor and train team members in the development and practice of user experience research techniques, processes and methods

Portfolio of work demonstrating experience researching for complex systems, services and user experiences

Experience leading other researchers through research planning and execution by setting goals and directions for researchers to execute within

Cruise ship newbuild or revitalization project management experience preferred.

Creates presentations and project reports and updates for management review.

Receives guidance and coordination from Sr. Manager on unusual or complex issues.

Stays current in industry trends and innovation through research and market knowledge.

Minimum 3 years design industry experience required.

Knowledge of cruise ship or Hotel F&B operations and development preferred.
