Data Analyst Ii - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in handling complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling.
As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to analyze various health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement. This may involve working with financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data, as well as reporting to IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS. You will also perform internal data cleansing and reconciliation analysis, and conduct trend analysis in various functional areas of health care management.
In addition to analyzing data, you will create and generate reports using tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL, and produce reports for senior management and other stakeholders. You will gather and interpret business requirements, monitor data trends to proactively identify issues, and execute data changes and updates to core systems as needed. You will handle multiple projects and timelines effectively, and communicate risks and issues to your manager regularly. As a senior member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to assist in training lower level Data Analysts.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel is required.
