Customer/Vendor Account Specialist - Accounts Payable

POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Vendor Account Specialist will be responsible for posting accounts payable invoices, reconciling statements, working with vendors/warehouses on shortage claims and any other duties assigned.
This will be a remote position working in the New York area. This role may require in-person training or rare in-person tasks at our office in Jericho, NY.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
AP Posting
Statement Review
Working with vendors on shortage claims
Working with warehouses on shortage claims
Scanning paperwork
Printing invoices
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
Data entry experience
Excel experience: basic to intermediate
