Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, trucking, shipping, carriers, 3PL, efficiency, profitability, renewal, contract, metrics, road map, vendor, pricing, invoicing, customer service, liaison, and customer success. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of experience in the field.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and renewals, and work closely with our pricing and invoicing teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and develop road maps and strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure the best possible service and pricing for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the broader industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, and use this information to drive improvements and enhancements to our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between them and our internal teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our products and services, and to ensure that customer needs are being met.


Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools, such as CRMs and customer success platforms.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers, carriers, and shipping logistics is highly desirable.
  • Several years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction, with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
