Our Customer Service & Sales Manager continues to be the point of contact for our customer accounts. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with each of our customers to bolster ROI and revenue.

Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Customer Service & Sales Manager. Customer Service & Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Negotiate inquiries with precision while overturning any additional customer objections
• Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
• Be a product expert in providing consistent and straightforward customer service
• Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other Customer Service & Sales Associate
• Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of services

What We Are Looking For In Our Next Customer Service & Sales Manager:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
• Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
• Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with Customer Service & Sales Associate and customers
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
