Job Description
Large Manufacturing Company located in Charlottesville VA is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service Teams in the Americas.


Job Duties


  • Develop Customer Service to have a strong team of internal and external Sales serving our customer on a highly professional level to fulfil customer requirements
  • Ensure Professional handling of Customer Complaints
  • Monthly reporting, monitor and report KPI's for Customer Service
  • Support Sales trend through selective measures with Sales
  • Situational support of the Customer Service Team in their daily business and ensure an efficient process organization to ensure order confirmation to customers.
  • Drive Customer Service and Company Metrics
REQUIRED SKILLS


  • Knowledge of ERP Management & HRIS performance management systems (Success Factors Preferred)
  • 3+ years experience working as a Customer Service Manager
  • SAP Preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • 10+ years of Customer Service, Logistics and Similar Roles
