Customer Service Manager

in full-time, nationwide

Your potential role:

  • Organize and coordinate office administration, ERP system and Partner Platform
  • Handle accounts receivable
  • Answer end customer questions and administrate returns and quality complaints
  • Organize trade shows and other tasks to ensure a successful brand development
  • Support wholesale partners with their daily business: product, orders, logistic, …


Skills and Abilities of advantage:

  • Independent work and self-discipline
  • Curiosity and the will to learn
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and related programs
  • Problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Ideally have worked with an ERP System
