Customer Service Logistics Manager

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager- Walmart & Sam’s to join our Customer Logistics team. The role supports the customer logistics strategy and execution plan to deliver target customer service levels, cost improvement, inventory, and cash collection targets. The position will be responsible for driving development and enhancements of order to cash systems, processes, and resources to reduce cycle times related to Walmart and Sam’s. This position will be responsible for defining supply chain policies, KPIs, and other targets and collaborating across sales, supply chain, and the customer to improve all metrics.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in business, supply chain, or engineering. Candidates must possess with ERP and TMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics and e2Open/BlueJay, a plus). Strong skills in PowerBI and Excel are also required. Candidates must be skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision making.

Customer Logistics Manager- Walmart & Sam’s Club:

• Define and deliver service level agreements internally with manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse leads to promote a culture of accountability and drive improvement initiatives.
• Become SME for ERP processes related to customer channel and lead necessary improvements to streamline order to cash process.
• Collaborate with customer and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with customer using our industry standards.
• Collaborate with transportation and manufacturing to develop network sourcing strategy to optimize our cost-to-serve.
• Execute customer logistics solutions and reporting in support of all value creation activities to drive service improvement, productivity, and cost reduction goals.
• Analyze internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve related to mass and club customers.
• Address all ad hoc customer related issues as they arise.
• Ensure accurate orders from customer whether EDI or manual to include pricing, sourcing, and active items.
• Lead development and training of all mass and club team members.
• Develop appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel to ensure strong performance management.
• Work collaboratively with Walmart and Sam’s to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins.
• Own and lead improvement in Walmart’s OTIF and SQEP programs. Develop deep understanding of all service level agreements related to these programs. Develop internal processes to reduce customer fines.
• Develop strong relationship with sales to ensure all needs are met.

Requirements:

• Strong business and broad supply chain acumen to include the end-to-end order management process.
• Experience creating visual analytics particularly with Microsoft Power BI.
• Degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus).
• Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment.
