Scope:

You will lead a team of customer service team leads and representatives, implement effective strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize team performance and individual growth.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the department and promote a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
  • Analyze customer data, feedback, and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Requirements:


  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
