Ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Take care when packing orders to ensure the integrity of the contents while in transit to the customer

Must assemble, label, and complete system transaction of shipping for each individual shipment

Ensures all transactions are executed correctly and appropriately by status

Review all picked orders for accuracy, correct quantity, and size

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management

Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment, with ability to work in a team environment.

Simple math skills, including ability to use mathematics to solve problems.

Managing the order fulfillment and shipping process.

Pick product, pack orders, load and create shipping labels.

Palletizing, pulling orders, operating forklift.

Audits products picked for accuracy and routes to the proper departments for final processing.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management

Ability to continue education as necessary

Review orders for fraudulent activity

Forklift certification is not required; however, experience with pallet jacks is preferred.

Manage and complete cycle counts when necessary to maintain accurate inventory records.

Ability to understand and follow all job requirements and safety guidelines.

Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Use scanners and other tools to efficiently prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
