Momnt is a fast-growing startup fintech company headquartered in Atlanta, GA with remote team members throughout the country. We are searching for a friendly and highly analytical Customer Onboarding Representative to join our Customer Care/Loss Mitigation team.
In this role, you will communicate and welcome new customers to Momnt to answer customer queries via phone, email, and SMS, maintain knowledge of our products and services, place outbound wellness calls to our new customers, process some administrative tasks, and work with teams across the organization to provide a world class Customer Satisfaction experience.
Location: This is a remote opportunity.
There are 2 shifts available. 9am-6pm EST and 11am-8pm EST Monday- Friday. Hours may vary.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available. Corp to Corp not available
As a Customer Onboarding Representative, you will:
  • Work with all levels of Leadership to improve the overall Customer Experience
  • Report trends or similarities detected in the completion of new customer onboarding and make process improvement suggestions to Leadership
  • Collect and verify all necessary required information from new account customers
  • Keeping current and up to date with existing product offerings and promotions
  • Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the user experience
  • Practice consistent and clear decision-making to provide the optimal user experience
  • Proactively share gained knowledge with team members using the correct communication channels
  • Process administrative tasks as required
  • Respond to and address customer and merchant problems through tickets and chat support channels
  • Perform other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
  • Able to answer questions, process payments, and handle returns
  • Provide information and answer questions regarding interest rates, fees, and company policies
  • Safeguard customer and merchant personal information
  • Complete account setup process including data input and assisting customers with setting up Auto-pay
  • Utilize proprietary and external tools and resources to identify and resolve customer and client inquiries
  • Work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
You’d be a good fit if:
  • 1+ years of experience in Contact Center based customer service preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient and effective handling of consumer requests via phone, email, and SMS channels.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent High Speed Internet.
  • The resourcefulness required to respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Google Suite proficiency.
Nice to have:
  • The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Practical experience with help desk software: HubSpot or CRM
