Job Description

Our client, a large telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Training and Development Facilitator for a 5+ month contract role in Charlotte, NC.

Job Duties

  • Helps to identify and respond to learning needs across the company.
  • Design evaluation tools and review effectiveness of training programs.
  • Creates program guidelines, training outlines, and course materials.
  • Develops new training programs using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).
  • Able to both conduct classes for end users and to deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • 7+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and engaging classroom presence.

Pay Rate- $60.00- $62.00/hour
