As a Jr. Graphic Designer at Ryze Agency, you will play a crucial role in designing captivating visuals and graphics for our diverse range of clients. You'll work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to bring ideas to life and create compelling visual content that aligns with our clients' brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating eye-catching designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, email templates, website banners, print collateral, and digital advertisements.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns and projects.
3. Help in maintaining brand consistency across all design assets for our clients.
4. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
5. Support the team in other design-related tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
2. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Xd.
3. Basic understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies is a plus.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
7. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
8. A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Qualifications:

• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Adobe XD for prototyping and user interface design preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of web design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
