Mid-Level Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented mid-level Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print and illustration for 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, a global restaurant group with locations across the U.S. and Singapore. We value creativity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic to bring exceptional visual designs to life. This position will work within our Miami creative studio and be a part of a talented team of designers and content creators.

Responsibilities:

• Support with menu designs, with a close attention and adherence to formatting and design principles.
• Ensure all artwork is archived and organized to ensure future usability.
• Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of print materials, including but not limited to: large format signage, packaging and marketing collateral.
• Attend weekly design and marketing meetings, prepare to talk about what current projects are, as well as future ideas and suggestions.
• Develop original illustrations and artwork to enhance company portfolio’s brand identities.
• Work closely with other Graphic Designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within several different brand identities across our portfolio of restaurants.
• Oversee high-quality output of print work, ensuring designs are optimized for print production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and stand out amongst the rest.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for overall design aesthetics.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional design experience, with a strong emphasis on print and illustration.
• Experience working with print production processes, including pre-press preparation and working closely with printers.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout and composition principles.
• Must be willing to work from our office headquarters in Miami, Florida (No remote option)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Illustration, Multimedia Production or related field.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
