We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing communications team. As a Graphic Designer with more than three years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual content for various marketing initiatives. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, will be essential in delivering high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Create engaging designs for a wide range of projects, including ads, product UI images, fact sheets, brochures, website imagery, infographics, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing Communications, Segment Marketing Managers, Marketing Communications Coordinators, and our Web Team to develop visually stunning imagery and collateral.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and maintain high standards of quality in all design deliverables.
• Utilize your expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• A passion for design and a constant drive to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong creativity and a deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with video and animation is a plus, although not a mandatory requirement.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a Graphic Designer, specializing in graphic design and visual communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually impactful presentations.
• Experience in B2B and/or healthcare industries is highly preferred.
