About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the Hims and Hers customer journey. The CRM Operations Manager will be a power user of our Marketing Automation Platform, Braze, and will be responsible for owning discovery, testing and deployment of omni-channel campaigns across email, push, sms, and in-app messages. You’ll also work with cross functional partners in product and engineering to implement, QA and monitor advanced triggered flows.
Responsibilities:
- Create testing processes that ensure code quality as development progresses
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to ensure marketing journeys are operational and successful and take immediate expedited actions in case of failures
- Perform day-to-day production activities including, email/sms/push campaign testing, tagging, scheduling, deployment and monitoring of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic campaigns
- Perform thorough quality assurance on every email/sms/push to ensure that messages are rendering error-free and that dynamic content is populating as expected
- Own development, deployment, technical discovery & execution of a range of multi-channel campaigns including, sms, push, email, in-app and web
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and SOPs including operational processes, workflows, and training documents
- Assist with architecture and technical evaluation for customer communication solutions
- Integrate dynamic and personalized content elements leveraging data from our messaging automation platform and other data sources
Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Top Tier ESP’s and Deeplinking tools, i.e. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Branch.iocr
- Experience in highly regulated industries a plus, i.e. Healthcare, insurance, banking
- Ability to work across different verticals with different messaging and design strategies
- Solid track record of implementing large-scale, complex B2C email/sms/push campaigns
- 3+ years B2C, DTC industry experience

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
An estimate of the current salary range is $75,000 - $150,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company. The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
