As we continue to expand our customer base and enhance our CRM capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of CRM to join our team.


Position Overview


As the Director of CRM, you will be responsible for leading our CRM strategy, overseeing the implementation and optimization of Salesforce, and seamlessly integrating it with GTM and revenue tools to improve our customer-centric approach. This is a senior-level position, and you will be working closely with the executive team to align our CRM efforts with overall business goals and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.


Responsibilities


CRM Strategy and Leadership:


  • Develop and execute the company's CRM strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead a team of CRM specialists, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the executive team on CRM best practices and industry trends


Salesforce Implementation and Optimization:


  • Continuously improve and optimize the functionality of Salesforce to enhance user experience and drive productivity
  • Oversee the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our organization
  • Work closely with the Data Science and IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems


CRM Tool Integration:


  • Lead the integration efforts to create a unified view of customer data across various systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure CRM tools meet their needs
  • Identify and evaluate other GTM and BI tools and systems that can complement Salesforce and enhance our CRM ecosystem


Data Management and Analysis:


  • Analyze CRM data to derive valuable insights and trends that inform decision-making and improve customer engagement strategies
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain high-quality customer data within the CRM system


Training and Support:


  • Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption and proficiency
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Salesforce and other integrated CRM tools


Vendor Management:


  • Manage relationships with CRM vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and assess potential new CRM solutions that can enhance our capabilities


Qualifications And Experience


  • Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and data analytics within CRM systems
  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of CRM integration methods and experience with integrating Salesforce with other CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dialpad, Taskray, Chargebee, etc.)
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a CRM Director or in a similar senior CRM leadership role
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
