We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Intern who will report to the E-Commerce Operations Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.
Role Mission
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career. You will support the success and growth of the E-Commerce business through reporting analysis, industry benchmarking, Omni-channel troubleshooting and monitoring KPIs.
How you will contribute:

• Create and distribute weekly E-Commerce and Omni reporting
• Responsible for monitoring pre-order sales and processes
• Conducting industry benchmarking analysis
• Monitor ship from store orders to ensure they ship within SLA
• Follow up on Ecommerce related tickets for issues with tools, orders, client care, etc.
• Miscellaneous assistance necessary for the Ecommerce team
• Troubleshoot issues with Omni tools to support retail teams
• General website maintenance, including visual merchandising quality assurance on the site
• Update Ecommerce related training materials for retail operations and customer care teams

Who you are:

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
• Preferable Degree focus: Fashion retail, logistics/operations, communications or business
• Available 3 days a week for a minimum of 3 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel

Salary - New York:

• Salary of $15.00/hr.
