About This Team

a day in the life: what you’ll do
The Creative Director, Digital Brand Experience is responsible for defining the look and feel of brand and product stories on our digital channels (website, app, digital retail), through the creation of world-class content. The content this role enables will be leveraged globally, across digital screens, category pages, product pages, and elevated guest journeys.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
  • Work closely with copy partners to concept and deliver highly engaging and guest relevant messaging.
  • Advise on timelines, resources and needs for creative projects
  • Discover and deliver new and engaging product stories that move our guests from want to need - moving the needle on brand consideration.
  • Partner with our casting and styling teams to create the studio ethos/creative direction, including elevated content to drive sales and digital lookbooks that drive styling and lifestyle content.
  • Partner with our Director, Digital Brand Experience to create and refine our global digital content strategy.
  • Develop insight driven creative that resonates with the aspirations of current and new guests, helping to define a unique and ownable position for the brand and reason-to-believe against competitors
  • Define global look and feel for all digital channels, including seasonal PDPs, store category pages, and retail brand screens.
  • Manage and direct outside agencies to help develop, create and execute on creative for our online digital channels
  • Push to elevate the digital brand experience through visually stunning creative and storytelling within priority digital channels
Qualifications
  • UI and UX experience, ideally in the lifestyle, fashion, or apparel spaces
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional leader
  • Have experience with art directing integrated marketing campaigns, retail and branded design projects and experiences
  • 7+ years with experience at the Creative Director level in a creative agency or in-house creative team
  • 7+ years managing highly skilled and multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Have led teams in the creation and launch of highly-successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media touchpoints
  • Experience working with a global brand team and cross-functional partners

Compensation And Benefits Package
For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from $154-190K USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
