Job Description
Responsibilities: Candidate will contribute to, manage, and design strategic solutions related to --


  • Training: manage logistics with group-specific training
  • Division-wide Communications programming (e.g., Town Halls, learning series, Senior Leadership forums, training development, online presence, networking events)
  • Work with key stakeholders across multiple Super Departments, Platforms, & Key Programs to aggregate go-forward plans into a single, cohesive
  • Develop & maintain 'ETS Overview' materials for external audiences
  • Employee engagement & awards
  • Global People Committee agenda
  • Partnering with Tech Comms to understand background / context / timing for Tech-wide comms
  • Philanthropic initiatives
  • Mentoring
  • Mailbox moderation with timely replies to queries
  • Mobility


Qualifications Skills:


  • Superior MS-PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to leverage online tools to facilitate a collaborative community (e.g., SharePoint, Jive)
  • Ability to work effectively with and present to people at all levels of an organization
  • Superior teamwork skills


Bachelor’s Degree Required


Rate range - $49-$54
