Responsibilities

• Maintaining and expanding key contact base and the management of consultants such as estate agents and landowners.
• Prepare written project documents for verifiers, managers, and clients
• Conduct market research and outreach to support overall Sales team efforts.
• Supporting with any land-related information required for the pre-planning and planning process with local authorities and communities.
• Develop new business opportunities through outreach to corporate clients and prospects.
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding new voluntary offset sales.
• Identifying land for strategic and project-related targets and supporting Project Managers with land identification and acquisition.
• Contract new sales.

In order to be successful in this role you need to have

• Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate Forestry knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in carbon or other environmental markets
