Country Manager Jobs

We are looking for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial country manager to help the organization expand and grow, and to be based in Los Angeles, California.

With the best-in-class building solutions companies in Singapore coming together, this consortium was formed effort to leverage on joint expertise and technical cooperation with a goal to transform the procurement process for services and solutions in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Research the region's market trends thoroughly and implement adaptive strategies accordingly.
• Build and execute strategies, write budgets and P&L reports, and assess performance.
• Lead all sales and operations to ensure the profitability of the company abroad.
• Knock on doors, deal with uncertainty, provide contingency plans based on performance and pave the way for the business to decide on distribution or sales channels.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the country's business practices, laws and regulations.
• Make sound decisions on business direction in the region.
• Someone from Invest Bank/ Financial Industry with Equity Stock Option and/or Business Development in start-up ventures.
