Job Overview:
ThinkingData is seeking an experienced lead to lead our business in the United States. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan and developing the local market. The role requires identifying business opportunities in a highly competitive market, establishing strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth and development in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in the US market, ensuring the company's goals and business growth plans are achieved.
- Initiate a start up and ensure the team's efficient operation, and maintaining close collaboration with headquarters.
- Responsible for brand promotion and awareness in the US market, enhancing the company's reputation and influence in the market.
- Analyze market trends and client needs, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for the company's products and services.
- Manage client and partner relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including successful management and business development experience. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of data analytics and gaming industries. Keen insights into industry trends and dynamics. Gaming industry related resources are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities, able to develop and drive the company's strategic plan.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills, able to identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to lead teams efficiently and collaborate effectively.
