Corporate Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a growing client near Delray Beach, Florida. This individual will directly source new talent, build an employer brand, implement process improvements, and help coach/train hiring managers. The Corporate Recruiter must have experience recruiting technical roles.

Responsibilities include:

• Enhance the New Employee experience
• Deliver effective onboarding processes and orientation for new hires
• Oversee the full cycle recruitment process
• Ability to be a part of a growing team
• Recruit and acquire talent for positions, partner with employment agencies

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• 3+ years of a talent acquisition or recruiting experience
• Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Recruitment metrics and analytics experience
