Healthcare Recruiter (RCM/HIM Staffing)
Location: Remote, USA
Schedule: Full-Time; Days
Job Summary:
This Health Information Management division is rapidly growing, and looking for motivated, organized, and driven recruiter to join an established and successful team to source, place, and cultivate relationships with top talent to meet their client’s staffing and consulting needs. Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment Solutions, the HIM Recruiter will partner with sales executives, operations support, and division leadership to recruit, vet, and manage a robust pipeline and active roster of qualified candidates for some of the nation’s top health care organizations.
Duties:
•Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold-calling, screening, and closing candidates using multiple industry-leading platforms, including Bullhorn CRM/ATS.
•Recruit and qualify candidates to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management business offerings.
•Maintain relationships with past, current, and potential consultants.
•Utilize and implement organizational strategies to improve workflow, processes, and build individual book of business.
•Work collaboratively with operations support and payroll to ensure candidates complete all necessary and up to date licensure, onboarding documents, time-cards, and productivity reports.
•Manage multiple time-sensitive requests with a sense of urgency.
•Maintain attention to detail and a process-driven mind-set to ensure successful placements for clients.
•Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
•Proactively mitigate and manage issues pertaining to schedule commitments, quality control, and production expectations.
•Pay Negotiation.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in HIM recruiting meeting/exceeding assigned KPIs.
•Experience working remote in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience utilizing and leveraging a CRM/ATS.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Intrinsically driven with the ability to work autonomously.
•Solutions-oriented.
•High level of emotional intelligence .
•Confident making cold calls.
•Experience with negotiating compensation.
