What You’ll Do…

• Facilitate and implement training and education for subsidiary recruiting teams on various subjects areas such as sourcing, talent selection, recruiting pipeline management and behavioral interviewing
• Coach supervisors and managers on best hiring practices
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, plans and processes that ensure diversity, high quality and strong organizational fit
• Coach HR and recruiting on compliance with background check process, Federal Contractor program, and posting requirements
• Develop and maintain networking relationships with community and alumni organizations, colleges and universities, and industry organizations
• Support Talent Acquisition Director in the development and implementation of creative recruitment, employer brand solutions, and talent programs, such as internships and referral programs, to cultivate a robust talent pipeline
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for IT technical, professional and management candidates
• Provide sourcing support across our 39 subsidiary companies

Who We Are Looking For…

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You may have an HR certification
• You have experience working with an ATS, preferably iCIMS
• You are authorized to work in the United States
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• You have 2+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition
