Job Description

About the Role:

Title: Sr. Training & Development Specialist

Duration: 4 month contract, possibility of extension or conversion

Location: REMOTE


Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Training & Development Specialist to support a large healthcare insurance client. The Sr. Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and conducting any training and development programs for our client’s employees and leaders to help develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow themselves and the business. Presentation of training and development programs will be in various forms and formats including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos. Additionally, all training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials will be the Specialist’s responsibility. Finally, it is imperative that this person operates within an approved department budget, so they will need to maintain records, costs, and reports of expenses.
