Your Role:

Confidently revise legal contracts, with stellar grammar and attention to detail.

Direct and lead all aspects of the contracts lifecycle.

Facilitate the streamlining the contracts process

Review and respond to client revisions to contracts

Responsible for recommendations, record keeping, version control and making sure contracts are move through the process and are completed in a timely manner.

Ability to understand the business impact that revisions to contracts make

Work with Sales to come up with solutions to contractual issues.

Have the critical thinking skills to master unfamiliar situations

Your Background:

Paralegal with 5+ years commercial contract experience including reviewing and negotiating agreements.

Demonstrated the ability to maintain confidentially and discretion in all matters

Strong record of professional commitment and goal achievement

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
