Contract Virtual Event Assistant - Remote Up To $27/Hour!

Our client, a highly regarded non-profit, is actively seeking a contract Virtual Event Assistant to temporarily join their small team. This position plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination and execution of external events, trainings and meetings. An expert eye for details is a must!

About You:

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in multiple virtual applications including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• A Bachelor's degree is required for this role
• A positive and engaging attitude with the ability to connect with others easily
• Creative-problem solver who can troubleshoot quickly in a dynamic environment
• 2+ years of corporate event planning or program management experience
• A commanding eye for details, strong time management skills and expert organizational skills

The Job:

• Provide top-tier technical support for virtual meetings to ensure all attendees and participants have an engaging and seamless experience
• Create post-event surveys to be shared with attendees, receive responses and report on findings
• Assist in creation of all pre-event materials and communication that are consistent with the organization's brand and mission
• Provide meeting coordination support for all events including but not limited to external conferences, workshops, webinars, trainings, and internal meetings
• Work with presenters, trainers and keynote speakers to coordinate calendars, create itineraries and establish timelines

This contracted position is expected to last for five months and will be completely remote. It is paying up to $27/hour depending on experience.
