Digital Designer Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create original design concepts and final assets for production, meeting brand standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish deadlines, obtain direction, gather assets and provide proofs
• Translate strategy into compelling designs and solutions, including ads, newsletters, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, certificates and other marketing pieces

Digital Designer Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent in related work experience
• Experience working in a B2C organization
• 3+ years of related work experience in design
• Proficiency in design software (InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop)
