In your role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional, agile teams to understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive interactions and visually appealing user interfaces. Your goal will be to create delightful experiences that enable users to easily interact with and leverage the power of InRule's technology.

Responsibilities

• Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions, identify pain points, and gather insights for continuous improvement. Analyze testing results and make data-driven recommendations to optimize the user experience.
• Stay Up to Date: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design and customer experience. Share your knowledge and expertise with the team, driving innovation and ensuring our products remain at the forefront of user experience excellence.
• Interaction Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive interactions. Pay close attention to information architecture and usability to ensure a pleasant and efficient user journey.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Customer Research: Conduct user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Use these findings to inform your design decisions and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
• User Interface Design: Develop engaging and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines through the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
• Collaborative Approach: Foster a collaborative and customer-centric environment by actively seeking input from stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your designs. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UX design, showcasing projects where you focused on delighting customers.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience conducting user research activities and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
