Job Description

Title: UX Designer

Duration: 02+ Years

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid; 2 Days Onsite)

Our company is seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital space and social channels, creating exceptional user experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our Copywriter and Graphic Designer to strategize and develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience, ensuring a cohesive and engaging journey for our visitors.

Specific Position Requirements:

  • Your primary focus will be in the digital space, with an emphasis on social channels.
  • You will be responsible for strategizing and finding digital experiences for campaign development, improving the overall visitor experience on our media channels, and aligning various elements to create a unified user journey.
  • You will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of new products, working closely with the Copywriter and Graphic Designer to create the best possible customer experience.
  • A key aspect of your role will be strengthening the relationship between the Copywriter and Graphic Designer by collaborating effectively with them.
  • Defining the customer journey and bringing it to life through your design expertise will be a core responsibility.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, as fresh ideas and creativity are highly valued in this role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Testing and Data Analysis: Proficiency in conducting usability testing and analyzing data to inform design decisions is essential.
  • Web Design Experience: You should have experience in web design, with a strong understanding of creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Marketing Best Practices: A basic understanding of marketing best practices will help you align your designs with the company's marketing objectives.

Additional Expectations:

  • You will be expected to provide examples of previous web development projects that showcase your design talent and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

  • Cary, NC 27513: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
