Responsibilities
Refine and improve AI-generated responses while adhering to specific writing guidelines, including style, factuality, and creativity.
Create engaging and creative long-form content that captures attention and leaves a lasting impact.
Utilize provided guidelines to ensure consistency in style, factuality, and overall content quality.
Meet average handling time (AHT) targets for rewrites, including research time required to execute tasks (approximately 10-20 minutes).
Required Skills
Preferably 1 to 3 years of professional writing experience in fields such as technical writing, journalism, editorial, fiction, support, or academic writing.
Experience following style guides and writing with a specific voice and tone is highly valued.
Strong research skills to verify and validate facts.
A diverse background in English teaching, journalism, technical writing, fiction writing, creative writing, mathematics, web content writing, current affairs editing, or AI expertise would be beneficial.
