Construction Data Center Manager

• Looking for approximately 5-10 years of experience. Having an understanding of how data centers work, are constructed, and project management experience to run the projects by themselves with minimal interference from other teams

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification

LEED certification

Degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar experience

Construction Health & Safety Knowledge. OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred

Ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements

Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

Experience managing multiple large multi-faceted projects

Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff

Ability to influence cross-discipline teams

Responsibilities

The Key Responsibilities of the Lease Construction Manager includes, but are not limited to:

Serve as an advocate for managing a safe worksite

Identify and manage stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables and handoffs with the following Microsoft teams: E2E (End-to-End), Security

(DCPS), Data Center Engineering (DCE), Data Center Operations (DC Ops), Site Selection and Acquisition (SSA), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).

Manage lease providers and support-associated teams and partners in the delivery of RFS “Ready for Service” for each lease site location

Travel up to 100% of the time to data center sites
