Develop metrics for mapping, tracking, and lead a broad range of portfolio management issues regarding site/infrastructure development.

20 years of experience in location strategy, site selection, acquisition, site development, and construction for industrial-scale projects.

Experience managing a portfolio of capital intensive real estate sites.

Experience developing industrial-scale power transmission, water supply, or waste water projects.

Experience partnering utility infrastructure and supply agreements.

Experience assessing and partnering economic development incentives agreements at the state and local levels.

Degrees and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar experience

The Key Responsibilities of the Lease Construction Manager includes, but are not limited to:

Construction Health & Safety Knowledge. OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred

Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

Experience managing multiple large multi-faceted projects

Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff

management. The ideal candidate will have experience and working knowledge of MS Azure data center

Evaluate and prepare recommendations for cost management for both our Canadian and US

Perform basic data center infrastructure maintenance and data management tasks to ensure

production code. This position will report to senior management and will be expected to work closely

Oversee and manage any third parties who provide outsourced services in the data center.

Manage the secure storage and distribution of data in consultation with the database

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of related experience or equivalent experience

5+ years of construction program and project management experience in America, including cross coordination amongst disciplines.

On-site Construction Management of Early Works delivery for sites.

Have a strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

Have general knowledge and experience with a broad variety of construction means and methods.

Degrees or certifications required - bachelor’s degree in engineering

Solid experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.

Data Center Management: Take full ownership of the data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and associated technologies.

Incident Management: Respond to and resolve data center incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.

Security Management: Implement and maintain robust security measures, including access controls, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security patches.

Extensive expertise in HyperView for data center management and monitoring.

Proficiency in Palo Alto Networking devices, such as firewalls and switches, for network security and performance management.

Knowledge of performance management & critical awareness methods and implementation standards

Data center construction management, commissioning and start-up

Installation and management of all cable and network infrastructure supporting facility and customer connectivity

Technical event management including post-event root cause analysis and infrastructure repair

Extensive knowledge of structured cabling systems, networking and connectivity standards, and hardware installation requirements.

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and power metering system

Vendor & contract management (Colocation provider services & service providers)

Financial Management – Annual Operating Plan (budget), requests for proposals, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, accruals and forecasts

Documentation management – creation, maintenance and retirement of Policies, Procedures, Processes, tool data

Logistics management (shipping, receiving and storage)

Data Center Infrastructure Management tools, IT equipment installation, general application and system support

Manage and perform 24x7x365 FOSD Services (Infrastructure and IT Equipment installations, changes, decommissions, repairs and incident support)

3+ years of management or supervisory experience, including consensus building, hiring, coaching, training, coaching, and performing performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
