Security Management: Implement and maintain robust security measures, including access controls, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security patches.

Extensive expertise in HyperView for data center management and monitoring.

Proficiency in Palo Alto Networking devices, such as firewalls and switches, for network security and performance management.

Compensation offered for this role is $37,000.00-$64,750.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.

3 or more years of related experience

Working knowledge of all major mechanical and electrical equipment

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and power metering system

Data Center Infrastructure Management tools, IT equipment installation, general application and system support

Manage and perform 24x7x365 FOSD Services (Infrastructure and IT Equipment installations, changes, decommissions, repairs and incident support)

Effective knowledge of facility operations and equipment management including implementing process improvements, effective workflow management, and implementing preventative maintenance program.

Knowledge of computerized maintenance management, procurement and service ticket systems

5 years of experience managing skilled trades facilities personnel

Strong understanding of maintenance practices of critical operating equipment including LOTO, hazard identification and appropriate PPE requirements

5 years of supervisory experience

OSHA certifications (10, 30, 50)

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

0-2 years experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center experience preferred, but not required

Multi tasking - we use several different systems to manage ticket queues and work tasks can change throughout the day

Proactively support the safety of the environment & occupants and ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.

Monitor IMDC’s critical power, cooling/environmental, security & support systems and facilities to meet or exceed up-time service levels.

Perform limited maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of the data center heating and cooling systems and overall facility.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Five years of experience involving public contact work in billing and collecting financial accounts or debts; or

Two years of experience as a Facility Reimbursement Technician; or

A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening.
