Clinical Qa Analyst - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy audits to assess the quality and accuracy of Clinical Support Specialists.
• Act as a liaison with department, hospital contacts, and management to keep abreast of trends and initiatives.
• Assure that clinical information is accurate and current and communicate any system-related issues to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Assist Team Leads with overseeing processes, including monitoring reports and performing case reviews to ensure timely completion of all cases.
• Identify trends and training opportunities and organize information and individual audit results to support management in performance evaluations and monthly bonus programs.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 1 year of experience in a health-related field.
• Self-discipline sufficient to work with minimal supervision required.
• Clear, effective, and accurate verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to embrace corporate philosophy/principles and comply with Corporate Ethics guidelines required.
• Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel and Word skills highly desirable.
