Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives to achieve financial targets.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.

Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional development.
