Job Description

Experience in QuickBooks & Accounting REQUIRED. Accounts Payable and Receivables for 3 stores. Sales tax reports, credit card reconciliation, daily balancing, daily deposits, daily bookkeeping. Office administrator & manager duties. This job is for someone highly motivated, organized and knowledgeable in accounting. There is not much downtime. We have 3 stores and 30+ employees.

We work approx 8 Saturdays a year with our auction company. Pay for auctions is in addition to regular salary.
