Job Description
:
As the Bookkeeper at our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping and financial management, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is a dynamic role that requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and process payroll, including tax and benefit deductions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and submit financial reports for management review
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or finance manager, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
