Community Coordinator (Ft) Jobs

Position Overview: As the Community Coordinator at Danessa Myricks Beauty, you will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful connections with our social audiences, and potential customers. You will manage our entire social media DM correspondence, and track brand sentiment across channels. Additionally, you will assist the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as an Executive Assistant. Responsibilities: Influencer Communication: Identify and communicate with influencers, beauty enthusiasts, and relevant content creators in the social DMs flagging any necessary communications to the Director of Social + Digital. Monitor sentiment across all social channels for monthly reporting. Social Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across Instagram + TikTok channels in a timely and professional manner. Download and track all relevant content and social mentions in timely manner. Social Administrative tasks including but not limited to - product sendouts, meeting prep, note-taking, etc. Executive Assistant to the CMO: Provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Support the CMO in coordinating marketing campaigns and events. Requirements: Proven experience in community management, social media management, or influencer marketing within the beauty or fashion industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to build and maintain relationships with community members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with beauty industry trends, products, and influencers. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Job: Marketing. Primary Location: US-(Long Island). Job Type: Standard
